I started this blog to document my successes and failures as I learn to cook…and to share my experiences with fellow cooking n00bs, who might also panic about what to make when suppertime rolls around. You’ll find that I make a lot of low-carb, gluten-free, and Paleo-friendly recipes, since that’s how we tend to eat.

I’ll try to keep the screaming to a minimum. 🙂
